Meet Your Nutritionist

Hi, I’m Tyler — a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and the founder of Daily Wellness. I also own Anytime Fitness in Australind, where I’ve spent over 8 years helping people in Bunbury, Australind, Eaton, and beyond improve their health and feel their best.


I started Daily Wellness Co. because I believe wellness doesn’t need to be complicated. It begins with the small things you do each day — moving your body, eating nourishing foods, and taking a few moments for your mental well-being. These choices might seem small at the time, but over weeks and months, they lead to big changes in how you feel, live, and show up for yourself. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with everyone from athletes to everyday people, tailoring strategies to suit individual goals, lifestyles, and challenges.
